About me
I’m Ruslan Muradov — an entrepreneur, property investor and real estate broker. I’m based in Dubai.
I have been in business for about eight years, and my interest in real estate started with my own purchases. I have invested in property in Moscow and in Dubai, and I have been through most of a buyer’s questions first-hand: choosing the property, payment terms, mortgages, dealing with the developer and preparing for handover.
That experience shaped how I work. Behind an attractive photo there are always specific terms, specific costs and the question of whether the property actually fits what you need.
I’ve been through the buying process myself, so I understand the questions that come with it.
I live in Dubai with my family and I’m raising a daughter. So to me a neighbourhood is also everyday life: the way home, walks, the infrastructure nearby, room for sport and time with the people close to you.
Before business I played football professionally. Sport is still part of my life: I keep an active routine, and the habits it taught me — discipline and working for a result — carried over into my work. I work with clients in English, Russian and Spanish.
